Timbaland is an American rapper, music composer and producer. His full original name is Timothy Zachery Mosley. Timbaland is famous for composing innovative unorthodox rhythmic music styles.

Timbaland was born on 10 March 1972 in Norfolk Virginia in the United States. He attended Salem High School. From childhood, he developed a keen interest in music. While his schooling he collaborated with rapper Mervin Barcliff.

At the age of 14, While working in a restaurant Timbaland was shot by his co-worker, His right hand was partially paralyzed for nearly one year. During this time he began to learn to make DJ with his left hand.
In his early career, he started working with singer Missy Elliot and producer Devante Swing. Timbaland did production work for a number of projects in the R&B Group.

In 1996, Tim came into the limelight by producing “One in a Million” with singer Aaliyah and “Genuwine the Bachelor” With Genuwine. Both the albums became sensational and the singles “You Girl Only Know” and “Pony” are a huge hit.

From 2000 onwards, Tim started working on song productions for various artists, Ludacris, Missy Elliot, Brandy, Justin Timberlake. He was one of the producers of popular singer Jennifer Lopez’s album “Rebirth”.

In 2006, He started a new music label with his name Mosley Music Group along with Australian producer John Servedio (Servidsounds).

Mosley gave his vocals for Justin Timberlake’s album “FutureSex/LoveSounds”. Mosley produced the album “Hard Candy” for Madonna.

In 2009, Tim collaborated with Rockstar games and produced a music mixer game called “Beaterator”.

Timbaland’s solo album Shock Value is the biggest hit and it went onto the 5th position on Billboard and it was sold more than two million copies in the United States.
